With over 20 years in data, privacy, and regulatory compliance, Bharani has led initiatives at Virgin Media O2 and other global enterprises. Having founded Data Tale, he saw the growing complexity of privacy laws like GDPR and DPDPA, which led him to create Ethica – a platform designed to turn compliance into a competitive advantage.
Lokesh Kumar – Co-founder
A cybersecurity expert with 20+ years of experience, Lokesh has driven enterprise security innovations at Amazon Pay India and played a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with RBI regulations. He co-founded Ethica to help businesses navigate DPDPA, GDPR, and evolving regulatory landscapes with confidence.
